At Galactica, we believe the best way forward is sometimes to remember what came before. Our Gir Cow A2 Milk comes from indigenous Gir cows, lovingly cared for in a natural environment and nurtured with nutritious fodder and fresh, home-grown vegetables.
Our cows graze for 6–8 hours each day and are hand-milked with patience and care. The milk is then hygienically handled and minimally processed before making its way to your family.

A2 milk comes from indigenous cow breeds like Gir, which naturally produce only the A2 beta-casein protein. Most commercial dairy comes from crossbred and HF cows, which produce a mix of A1 and A2 proteins.
Yes, it's pasteurised. It is not homogenised. As printed on the pack, please boil or heat it before use, and keep it refrigerated below 5°C.
Because the milk isn't homogenised, its natural cream rises to the top, the way milk used to. Stir it back in, or skim it off as malai.
